Built on nearly three decades of experience in property management, brokerage, and professional development, the academy reflects her commitment to strengthening professionals and expanding opportunities through structured learning.
Tosha began her real estate career in 1996 in property management and became a licensed agent in 2002, quickly earning recognition as a top producer. In 2006, she founded Southlake Realty of Atlanta, LLC, where she continues to serve as broker, leading transactions, mentoring agents, and guiding clients through complex decisions with integrity and expertise.
Southlake Real Estate Academy was created as an extension of her dedication to education and leadership—designed not only to meet licensing requirements, but to equip professionals and communities with the knowledge to grow, lead, and create lasting impact.

Tosha began her real estate career in 1996 in property management, overseeing large residential communities in the Atlanta area. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2002 and quickly distinguished herself as a top-producing professional. In 2006, she founded Southlake Realty of Atlanta, LLC, where she has served as Broker, leading transactions, mentoring agents, and guiding clients through complex real estate decisions.
Throughout her career, Tosha has remained deeply committed to education, leadership, and professional growth. She has trained and mentored agents, supported first-time homebuyers, worked with investors, and helped professionals strengthen their business practices. Her experience across multiple areas of real estate has given her a comprehensive understanding of both the opportunities and responsibilities within the profession.
