Founder
As the Founder of Southlake Real Estate Academy, Tosha Thornton established the academy to provide practical, professional education that supports long-term growth and real-world success. Built on nearly three decades of experience in property management, brokerage, and professional development, the academy reflects her commitment to strengthening professionals and expanding opportunities through structured learning.
Tosha began her real estate career in 1996 in property management and became a licensed agent in 2002, quickly earning recognition as a top producer. In 2006, she founded Southlake Realty of Atlanta, LLC, where she continues to serve as broker, leading transactions, mentoring agents, and guiding clients through complex decisions with integrity and expertise.
Southlake Real Estate Academy was created as an extension of her dedication to education and leadership—designed not only to meet licensing requirements, but to equip professionals and communities with the knowledge to grow, lead, and create lasting impact.
